If your chosen flyer design includes a discount ‘with this flyer’ or an area designed to be written on, or it acts as a ticket/admission, then we would need to charge the VAT rate. Please note we are not vat registered but VAT on these cases are required.

The setup includes creating a fully branded profile picture, profile header, writing content for the ‘about’ section and post one starter post, based on your requirements/input.
You will receive the username and password for the account.
If possible, we will like and share your new page to our fans/friends.
Your startup business website will by fully optimised and responsive for desktop and mobile users.
We will create 2 design mockups of the main page and 1 other page, for you to choose. After choosing one design we will begin building the site.
Before the site goes live, we will ask for your input and make any amendments. The final outstanding invoice amount would be due. After payment, we will make your site live.
Your website will be secured with a SSL certificate. This means when someone visits your business website, the connection to that website is encrypted, and any data they enter is safely shared with that website.
Any further website support or amendments are chargeable. We will make you aware of these costs before starting any work for you.
If your package includes free hosting for a period of time, we will inform you before it expires so you are aware of its renewal and cost. The usual cost is £99 per year.
The cost of a domain name renewal is fully included in the annual web hosting fee.
If you chose package 1, with a free .co.uk domain name, without web hosting, then each year the domain name renewal will be £25 per year.
If your package includes a business listing on Google or Bing, or a map listing on Apple, we will create the listing with your direction, and fully brand it with your logo, contact details and relevant information.

This includes:- Google keyword research, competitor keywords research, implementing chosen keywords put onto your website, writing google-friendly site descriptions and titles that appear on google search results, official business listing on Google/bing or Apple maps, a free 5-star google review, Yell.com listing/profile, updating listings on 10-15 online directories.
We don’t guarantee first page google ranking positions. This is almost impossible unless you have a corporate budget and a large dedicated team, but we do always aim to increase your google ranking and do our best to get you found easier by your potential customers.
Optional extras can include website live chat features, shop signage design, product photography, email marketing setup and copywriting, for an additional fee.
The ecommerce website bundle price is based on you having your products and images ready to go, preferably supplied in an Excel spreadsheet and JPEG images.
We will setup the checkout and payment options for your online shop. Please note there may be a cost from your chosen payment provider to link it to your site. (Eg. Paypal, Stripe etc)
Training can be done in person at your site, or via Zoom. Training will include:- how to log in and make basic edits to the online store, add new products, change product prices and delete products.
We understand that starting a business is a big financial investment. A deposit of 50% is required upfront in order to proceed, the final balance outstanding on completion of the project. If you are not able to pay 50% deposit, we are happy to split the payments required into 30%, 35% and a final 35% on project completion to aide your cash flow.
Should you decide to cancel at a point during the process, we reserve the right to keep the deposit monies paid.
Additional services, design time or project change of direction that is not quoted for in agreed package is chargeable, and will be added to total bill price listed above. We aim to discuss with the client any extra works required and estimate costs before we proceed further.
