Step 1: We will ask you to complete a brand design brief, telling us more about your business, it’s unique selling points and who your ideal customers are.
Step 2: We will conduct research and brainstorming.
Step 3: We will present you with multiple logo design options to choose from. If you have asked for a full brand design package, you will also be given brand design mood boards or example designs for flyers, graphics or business stationery – depending on what you have requested.
Step 4: Once a brand design option is selected, we will revise this till you are happy.
Step 5: We will finalise your brand design / logo design and give you digital copies in different sizes, to your requirements, and print any materials you have asked for.
It all depends on your business or organisation’s design requirements. From my experience, a logo design normally takes 3 weeks. Full brand design can take longer depending on your requirements and the materials you have asked for. Contact us with your requirements and we can look at our schedule to see what we can do. It’s best to get in touch with us a few months before launch to avoid disappointment as we may have projects already booked in.
Yes, you would own the logo & brand design after the design process has completed after our full invoice has been paid. We will send you any files you require for your marketing efforts or digital platforms, except the original design artwork files. The original design artwork files are available by request. We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with our service and not want to use any other agency.
We will always endeavour to make sure your logo & brand design is unique and not related to any other business brand. If you want us to copyright your logo design or brand design or investigate into trademarking then please contact us. We will inform you of the prices and options available.
Yes we should be able to modify or add to your existing logo or brand design. The best way is to supply us with the original design file. If you don’t have any design files, or have built some materials in a free software like Canva – we can rebuild them in a high-quality vector design format/print-ready format for a fee, and then make any changes you want.
